Privacy policy - Applications
Note: This privacy policy applies between you, the User of the application and Nash Management Consultancy LTD, the owner and provider of the Apps. Nash Management Consultancy LTD takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Apps. Please read this privacy policy carefully. We also offer a general statement of principle concerning your privacy and a detailed web privacy policy.

Definitions and interpretation

In this privacy policy, the following definitions are used:

Data Collectively all information that you submit to Nash Management Consultancy LTD via the Website. This definition incorporates, where applicable, the definitions provided in the Data Protection Act 1998;
Nash Management Consultancy LTD, we or us Nash Management Consultancy LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 4835759 whose registered office is at 8 Church Square, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 1AE;
User or you Any third party that accesses the Apps and is not either (i) employed by Nash Management Consultancy LTD and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Nash Management Consultancy LTD and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services;
Apps Any application that has been developed by Nash Management Consultancy LTD unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

Nash Management Consultancy LTD holds all communications between it and its customers in confidence. Unless required to do so by law we do not disclose any information received to other companies, organizations, individuals, groups, agencies or entities.

Please note that apps purchased via the App Store, Microsoft Store or Google Play Store will use each retailer’s own update system. This policy only covers Nash Management Consultancy LTD's system.

What information do we receive?

We receive various different types of information, including hardware specs, software versions and usage data. These are not used to identify individuals. However, we also collect personal details such as email addresses, usernames and names where these are integral to the service we provide.

Product activation

Most of our Apps require the user to activate the product which will collect information about the device being used and activate the App against a particular device. The information that is collected is not used to identify the user personally but to be used for internal reports and also enhance the Apps in future updates. Apps that are activated by the App Store, Microsoft Store or Google Play Store will use a different system to Nash Management Consultancy LTD that will be managed by the respective owner and not activated using this method.

App updates

App's themselves will be updated by the respective store (App Store, Microsoft Store or Google Play Store) which are not covered in this document. Nash Management Consultancy LTD is not responsible for any data usage by these platforms. If you have any concerns, please check their privacy policies. The App's respective documentation and default settings may be updated by Nash Management Consultancy LTD; to do this the App will need to connect to our servers. In this process, we will receive information about your app and device (e.g. Operating system, Version number). Any information received in this update process cannot be used to personally identify the users. The information received is captured to improve our understanding of the devices being used to allow us to enhance the user experience and the App.

Other updates

The App's and respective documentation and default settings may be updated by Nash Management Consultancy LTD; in order to update the App it will connect to our servers.


When requesting support for any of Nash Management Consultancy LTD's App, we may ask for a diagnostic report to be sent to us which will enable us to diagnose and fix the problem. We do not use any of the information inside the diagnostic reports for any purpose other than to help with the support request.

Online features

Some of the Apps may require the user to create an online account, by default the account is kept private; however some information is visible to other users such as name and email address. For these accounts to be created you will need to provide your name and email address. We do not disclose any information received to other companies, organizations, individuals, groups, agencies or entities. In order for Nash Management Consultancy LTD's Apps to work correctly they will make connections to our servers to send and receive information, these transactions are logged in order to help us address technical issues and to better understand the usage of our apps. Some of the Apps use third-party services (In-App purchases etc.). Nash Management Consultancy is not responsible for any data usage by these services; if you are concerned, please check the relevant privacy policies.

Changes of business ownership and control

1. Nash Management Consultancy LTD may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Nash Management Consultancy LTD. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.

2. We may also disclose Data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it.

3. In the above instances, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring your privacy is protected.

Accessing your own Data

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal Data held by Nash Management Consultancy LTD (where such Data is held).

Nash Management Consultancy LTD reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law.
